Use star brushes. Search dA for them.

Great tut! I'm a total Noob at PS, and this was the first thing I did that didn't completely suck. One question, though, how do I set up a link so I can show what I made? Thanks

Hey Sunjo,
Could you take a look at Ben's Sig in the bottom of page 3, and tell me how to make those borders? there are lines through it ... Alot of people do that through the whole sig too, could you please tell me how to?

@ Dragon: He probably put a 3px inside stroke on the signature on low opacity (and white). New Layer -> Rectangular marquee Tool -> Select whole signature -> Right click inside selection -> Stroke... -> Settings I told you.
Then on that layer, he probably went to Blending Options and went to pattern overlay and put a line pattern on it. Read the Userbar Tutorial to find out how to make a simple line pattern such as that. Also probably put it on a lower opacity.
